My MP3 shop….
After appearing on the Jeremy Kyle Show in April and May this year, the floodgates opened and I had calls from all over the UK, Ireland, Scotland and Wales, I’m always busy in my practice, however this was crazy busy. The calls were purely because Anne who’d had lung cancer and part of her lung removed, continued smoking 100 cigarette a day. I helped Anne to stop within 6 weeks, it was 6 weeks because if we had stopped Anne in one day, she may have suffered toxic shock and horrendous withdrawal symptoms. It appeared, that everyone was quite blown away and wanted to stop, but many were miles away, and many were prepared to travel, but many weren’t! So, I was wracking my brains, as to what I could do to help them.
My conscience way prickling me, as I knew I needed to help people for whatever reason. Some called and they suffered with anxiety, depression and low self-worth or self-esteem, whilst others it was addictions, mainly sugar, chocolate and alcohol. So, I thought what can I do? When we pose a question to our subconscious mind, it must go to work to find answer for a successful outcome. Within 24 hours, the answer came, set up an MP3 shop!!! So, the wonderful Andy Heath of Affordable Wed Design set up the shop for me. In the meantime, I discovered Dave from Aztex Recording Studio in St Annes through Denize of Lytham Life & Style and then I set to work.
The problem being, as a hypnotherapist I use a mind-map instead of scripts. I find it works better and it’s more effective for the clients. So, I had to write 20 scripts to record from, wow, it took me 3 days to write the scripts and 7 hours of recording them. The rest is history, as the Lytham Hypnotherapy MP3 shop was created. It was created with love and care for those people who are not able to visit my practice in Lytham, so that they can make truly positive changes in life, through listening to me.
